Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan signed a decree on 5 February confirming the form, the procedure for filling in and submitting the declaration on Beneficial Owners.

The order reads:

Guided by Article 26 (24) of the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities, State Subdivisions of Legal Entities, Institutions and Individual Entrepreneurs;

I order:

1. To confirm.

1) the form for the declaration of Beneficial Owners in accordance with Annex N1;

2) Procedure for filling in and submitting a Declaration on Beneficial Owners in accordance with Annex N 2.

2. This Order shall enter into force on the day following its official publication.”
