Providing Insurance Secrecy to Corruption Prevention Commission will not be considered as disclosure of Secrecy

The Government proposes to make an addendum to the “Law on Insurance and Insurance Activities”.

The draft provides that the provision of insurance secrets to the Corruption Prevention Commission will not be considered as disclosure of insurance secrecy.
