There are no Armenians among the Victims of the Ukrainian Plane Crash in Iran

There are no Armenian citizens on the list of victims of the crash of a Ukrainian passenger Boeing-737 in Iran. Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan stated this on her Facebook page.

Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had earlier expressed condolences to the relatives and families of the victims.

On 8 January, a Ukrainian plane crashed shortly after a flight near the Imam Khomeini International Airport in the Iranian capital, Tehran.

There were 176 people on board. All were killed.
