National Assembly deputies Arthur Dallakyan and Artyom Tsarukyan propose to amend the RA Code on Administrative Offenses.
It is envisaged that drivers will be fined up to 5,000 drams for driving without switching on the dipped beam headlights in the period from 1 December to 31 March.
Driving vehicles without winter tires in the period from 1 December 1 to 31 March will result in a fine of 20,000 drams.
