According to the information provided by the Ministry of Justice during 2012 19 references on subjecting a judge to disciplinary liability were composed, 4 of which led to the initiation of disciplinary proceedings and 4 judges were subjected to disciplinary liability. Three proceedings were quashed by the Minister of Justice and 10 references were submitted to the consideration of the Minister of Justice.
