We learn from “Akanates” (Withness) Observation Mission,s website, that about 20 cases of open voting were registered at 11:20 at Nork Marash polling station 9/6. Voters leave the polling booths and put ballots in the envelope in the presence of everyone. At the same time, regular gatherings are formed at the polling station as a result of group visits. The observer tried to photograph the register where the above-mentioned violations were recorded, but the secretary of the commission prevented the observer from taking photographs of the register.
