Today, on 24 July, Vachagan Ghazaryan, former chief of Armenia’s third president Serzh Sargsyan’s bodyguard, has paid the bail of 1 billion drams as it was decided by the court. The spokesperson for the Special Investigation Service, Marina Ohanjanyan, confirmed this information to Iravaban.net.
It should be reminded that Vachagan Ghazaryan was detained on 28 June on suspicion of illicit enrichment, as well as falsifying data in the declarations provided according the RA Law “On Public Service” and concealing the data subject to declaration.
