Taron Margaryan, the Mayor of Yerevan city has 4 deputies: Kamo Areyan is the first deputy mayor.
On 5 May, 2013, as a result of elections of Yerevan Council of Elders, Taron Margaryan was re-elected to the position of Yerevan Mayor. At the end of the last year his incomes totaled to 250 million AMD, 50 thousand USD and 50 thousand EUR. Taron Margaryan’s monthly salary exceeds 400 thousand AMD.
Kamo Areyan, the first deputy of mayor. At the end of 2015, he declared only 350 thousand AMD income, whereas in 2011, he had more than one million AMD. Parallel to the decrease of his funds, Deputy Mayor’s salary increased and amounted to 387 thousand AMD monthly.
Deputy Mayor Vahe Nikoyan, is richer. He had 9.5 million AMD at the end of 2015, 11 thousand EUR and 15 thousand USD. His monthly salary is about 336 thousand AMD.
Deputy Mayor Aram Sukiasyan, receives income not prohibited by law from literature and works of art. Last year his income from such activities amounted to 2.6 million AMD. Mr. Sukiasyan’s funds totaled to 25 thousand USD at the end of 2015. Information about the salary is in the photo.
Davit Ohanyan is the last among the Deputy Mayors. According to his recent declaration, he owns 29.2 million AMD, 20 thousand USD and 13 thousand EUR. Deputy’s remuneration for labor and/or other equivalent payments were about 357 thousand AMD.
