On 23 March, Armen Alaverdyan Deputy Minister of Finances was relieved from his post by the RA Prime Minister’s decision and was appointed First Deputy head of State Revenue Committee. It should be noted that before the appointment to the position of Minister of Finances he was the Deputy Head of the State Revenue Committee since 2008.
Thus, from 2011 annual declaration we learn that at the beginning of the year his financial assets amounted to 122 thousand USD, at the end of the year 14.99 million AMD and 90 thousand USD. During this year his income was 11,03 million AMD, from which 7,37 million AMD was remuneration for work, 3,22 million from the loan interest and 434 thousand from other civil transactions.
During 2012, Armen Alaverdyan alienated a piece of land with a building for 177 million 450 thousand AMD. As a result of this deal his annual income increased reaching to 185,94 million AMD, of which his salary was 6,76 million AMD, 1,63 million AMD loan interest and 100 thousand AMD from other civil transaction. By the end of the year his financial assets totaled to 595 thousand USD.
During 2013, Armen Alaverdyan obtained an apartment in apartment building with 69,63 million AMD and a garage with 3,55 million AMD. At the end of that year his financial means in Armenian currency were 10 million AMD and 38 thousand USD. His income was 25,61 million AMD, from which 7,09 million AMD was his salary, 18,51 million AMD loan interest.
During 2014, his financial assets in Armenian currency were 14 million AMD and 387 thousand USD and income was 14,33 million AMD, from which 8 million AMD was his salary, the rest were lent loan interests.
During 2015 A. Alaverdyan landed 290 thousand USD. It is interesting that in declarations of previous years it was mentioned that he received interests from lent amounts but did not make any recording concerning provided loans. During this year his financial assets were 17,61 million AMD, of which 8,7 AMD was his salary and 8,9 million AMD were loan interests.
It should be noted that in 2012, when he assumed the position of the First Deputy Head of State Revenue Committee he declared 14,99 million AMD, 90 thousand USD and 2 buildings with a piece of land as well. In 2014, when assuming the position of the Deputy Minister of Finance he declared 10 million AMD and 387 thousand USD, as well as a garage obtained in 2013.
At the beginning of 2011, his wife Narine Alaverdyan had 4,7 million AMD and 20 thousand USD, at the end of the year 8,5 million AMD and 20 thousand USD. Her income was 5,4 million AMD from which 4,06 million was her salary and 1,34 million loan interests.
In 2012, her financial means in Armenian currency were 9,5 million AMD and 20 thousand USD, and income 4,46 million, from which 4,11 was her salary the rest were loan interests.
In 2013, Narine Alaverdyan’s financial means reduced reaching to 8,5 million and 20 thousand USD. Her income was 4,23 million AMD, from which 4,04 million was her salary the rest were loan interested amounts.
In 2014, her funds in Armenian currency were 9,8 million AMD and 20 thousand USD, income 5,07 million AMD, from which 4,51 million was her salary the rest were loan interested amounts.
In 2015, Narine Alaverdyan lent all her financial means in the amount of 39 thousand USD as loan. During this year her funds were 5,71 million AMD, from which 4,03 million was her salary the rest were loan interests.
