The newly appointed Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan will touch upon a number of topics at the upcoming Government session on 10 September.
First, she will present the RA Government with the draft report (N-5) on the RA Draft Law “On making Amendments in RA Law “On the Peculiarities of Administrative Proceedings of Cases related to Violations of Road Traffic Rules revealed via Video or Photo Cameras” ”.
Next, she will present the draft (N-6) on the RA Government draft report about the RA Draft Law “On making Changes in the RA Criminal Code”, as well as the package (N-7) “On making Amendments in the RA Law “On Drugs and Psychotropic Substances” ”.
Hovhannisyan will also present three decrees about adoption.
