The new inspections are appointed during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case investigated in the RA Special Investigative Service regarding to the taking of bribe of a group of people by the preliminary agreement in “Dsegh” forestry of “Hayantar” SNCO, Lori Marz, “Dsegh,” “Marz,” “Motkor,” “Lorut” forests.
According to the inspection results, 164 trees have been found out to be cut which caused the Sate the damages in the amount of AMD 6.132.250.
In the following forestry in “Dsegh” of “Hayantar” SNCO, Lori Marz 4 criminal cases were initiated provided by the RA Criminal Code Article 296 Part 3 in the RA Special Investigative Service of illegal cutting trees by an unknown person.
Convicted Tigran M. from “Vanadzor” penitentiary of the RA Ministry of Justice reported that while working at the RA Ministry of Nature Protection was informed that at the following forest illegal cutting of trees were made and bribe was given to an official.
The criminal case was initiated provided by the RA Criminal Code Article 311 Part 3 Point 2. The preliminary investigation is going on.
