The Headmaster of the School Signed Documents with False Information: the Case is in the Court

39-year-old Violeta Shahinyan is accused for signing documents with false information and causing damage to the state. “Datalex” judiciary portal informs that the case is investigated at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak marz, under the presiding judge Artak Tadevosyan.
According to the accusation during the period from 4 November 2011 to 9 July 2013 Violeta Shahinyan worked as a headmaster at the secondary school of Ghazanchi in Shirak marz.
Being a public individual, she did not go to work from 29 June 2012 to 13 July because of being in RF. Then in order to concealing the circumstance of being in RF and also from mercenary considerations she formed false documents on attending work from June to July, signed and verified official documents of working time calculation, payment of the salaries of June and July 2012and presented them for the payment.
As a result she received 83.283 AMD salary and gripped it in the way of defalcation.
Besides, in the period of her absence, not being authorized to make orders, she formed signed and verified official documents of posterior date- 4 July 2012 that included orders about the annual leave of the pedagogical and administrative stuff of the secondary school of Ghazanchi in Shirak marz. The documents included false information of the date of their formation.
Recognizance not to leave the country was chosen as measure of restraint for the accused.
