“Let no one say that they have come to an agreement with us and we did not keep it,” today announced Hovik Abrahamyan, the RA Prime Minister said at Anti-Corruption Session.
“There is no political power that can provide evidence,” he mentioned and referred to the freedom of information.
He said that everyone raised their hands at the session while speaking about the freedom of information but no one paid attention to another really important issue: “None of you talks about not real, not true information; I would like the representatives of NGOs to speak about it. When the representatives of the ruling power speak they would say that we are speaking of our benefits,” he emphasized.
Then he referred to the nature of public councils, appraised the proposal of one of the Deputy Ministers’ Justice and announced: “Why are you inventing a new bicycle? There are solutions for this.”
By the way, the session was going in a very ridiculous atmosphere; the members of the Council were making speeches which were not related to the corruption. And at the end, Hovik Abrahamyan made speech; he talked a little about the corruption and made his appraisal about the activity of the activists who fight against the price raise of the electricity.
The details will come later.
