The protest action against the rise of electricity tariffs has not started yet in the Liberty Square, but the number of people has decreased drastically.
Numerous police forces can be seen in the neighboring areas of the Liberty Square.
Valeri Osipyan said that the considerable number of the police forces is due to the preventive activities. He also mentioned that the assembly is illegal, but the police allow it as it is of a peaceful nature. In reply to the question whether the police will allow today’s march, Valeri Osipyan said that the gathering is unauthorized and they will not support organization of the march.
