The agenda of tomorrow’s Government Session includes an issue on granting residential areas. The Draft Decision proposes the State Property Management Department to grant on property rights the residential areas of the incomplete building on 48 Nazarbekyan Street in Yerevan city to the citizens who live in this unfinished residential building..
The citizens shall receive these residential areas on the condition if they will participate with their own means in reinforcement and improvement of the public spaces of the unfinished building.
