New Speed Recorders to be operated in Yerevan from 8 June

The Traffic Police informs that the installation of video cameras and speed detectors is going on in the Republic of Armenia to ensure control over the road traffic and to register offenses.

Specifically, on 8 June 2015, new video and speed cameras will be operated in the following places:

Yeghvard Highway of Yerevan, the road section in front of “Armenia” TV Company, one speed detector, one direction from Yeghvard City to Yerevan. The allowed speed limit is 40 km per hour.

Myasnikyan Avenue, Yerevan, one speed detector, from the intersection of Myasnikyan and Gayi Avenues in the direction of Myasnukyan Avenue to Heratsi street. The allowed speed limit is 60 km per hour.

Acharyan Street of Yerevan, one speed detector, from the intersection of Myasnikyan and Gayi Avenues in the direction of Acharyan and Tsarav Aghbyuri streets. The allowed speed limit is 60 km per hour.

The Traffic Police applies to the drivers with request to keep traffic rules.
