The RA President has signed a decree which reads:
“Guided by the provisions of Paragraph 16 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on the RA Law on State Awards and Honorary Titles, I decide:
To award “Mkhitar Gosh” Medal to the Director of Moscow International Institute of Administration , Doctor of Law, Professor Robert V. Yengibaryan on the occasion of the Republic Day and for the contribution in strengthening of the relations between the Motherland and Diaspora.”
It should be noted that the President also signed other decrees on awarding state awards to a number of other figures on the occasion of the Republic Day.
