In the framework of the criminal case initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on the fact of taking a commercial bribe by the trustee in bankruptcy, the necessary investigative and judicial activities aimed to reveal all the circumstances of the case and to ensure its comprehensive study are being carried out. As a result indictment is filed against the person assisted in bribe giving.
The investigation found that the citizen Poghosyan based on the letter of attorney provided in accordance with the law, represented the rights of woman, resident of Yerevan City in the RA court instances and encouraged to giving and taking of a commercial bribe.
As a result of investigation sufficient evidences were obtained proving that the citizen Pogosyan had encouraged the resident of Yerevan to organize the process of alienating the apartment mortgaged in the bank through auction for a favorable price for the resident of the same house, not to allow outsiders’ participation in the process and to delay the process. He encouraged the citizen of Yerevan to give him 2.500.000 AMD to pass to the trustee in bankruptcy, and aencouraged the latter to take the bribe.
On the base of the conjunction of obtained evidence citizen Poghosyan was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 38-200 and Part 3 of Article 38-200 of the RA Criminal Code.
