Today, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed the new laws adopted by the RA NA, particularly: the “RA Law on Making Changes and Amendment in the RA Law on the Citizens not completed Compulsory Military in violation of the Established Order,” and the “RA Law on Making Changes and Amendment in the RA Law on Human Reproductive Right and Health,” the Press Service of the RA President informs.
