On 12 May, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a new decree on awarding the Order to Konstantin Orbelyan.
The decree reads:
“Governed by Point 16 of Article 55 of the RA and based on the RA Law on Awards and Honorary Titles, I decide:
to award Konstantin Orbelyan the Order of Friendship for contributing to the development of Russian-Armenian cultural ties.”
