On 18 October 2013, citizen Elmira N. reported at Kotayk Police Department of the RA Police that on the same day at 16:45, her former son-in-law with his brother and father forced her and her grandchildren to sit in the car and took them to Hrazdan City, where they made her get off the car and left taking her grandchildren with them, informs the SIS.
According to the source the proceeding initiated on the case in Kotayk Investigation Department of the RA Police initiated a criminal case under Article 131, Part 2 (p.p. 1,2) of the RA Criminal Code was dismissed with the reasoning of the lack of corpus delicti. At the same time the legality of the case was examined by the prosecutor of Kotayk marz Prosecutor’s Office.
Later. the decision made on the criminal case was dismissed and in order to ensure, comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the criminal case it was sent to the Special Investigation Service of the RA. Preliminary investigation is in process
