By the 21 April Decree of the RA President Serzh Sargsyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Argentine Republic Alexan Harutyunyan has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
The decree reads as follows:
“Guided by the Part 8 of the Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, I decide:
To appoint the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Argentine Republic Alexan Harutyunyan concurrently as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Oriental Republic of Uruguay (residence in Buenos Aires).”
