RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing new judges.
The decree reads:
“Governed by Clause 11 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on the conclusions of 13 April, 2015, AKh-12-E-5, and AKh-12-E-6, of the RA Council of Justice I decide:
1. Appoint Artur Smbatyan as a judge of the RA Civil Court of Appeals, terminating his authorities of the judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Ajapnyak and Davitashem Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.
2. Appoint Artak Tadevosyan as a judge of the of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak Marz of the RA
