“On 15 April the RA Court of Appeals under the presiding judge Vazgen Rshtuni (Judges Mkhitar Papoyan and Karine Ghazaryan)” held a judgment of acquittal for my client Aghasi Hovsepyan, who was charged under Article 178, Part 3 (Swindling) of the RA Criminal Code.
