On 7 July, 2013, at about 4 a.m., an unknown person using explosive, illegally damaged the car belonging to Grisha M. casuing him property damage.
A Criminal case was initiated in the Investigation Department of Gegharkunik marz according to Part 1 of Article 235 and according to Points 1 and 2 of Part 2 of Article 185 of the RA Criminal Code.
Besides, on 24 November, 2013, at about 2 or 3 a.m., the unknown person fired the gun in the direction of another car belonging to Grisha M. causing him property damage.
A criminal case was initiated in the mentioned Investigating Department according to Part 1 of Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. Since the identity of the suspect is still unknown, the proceeding of the mentioned criminal case has been suspended.
The suspended procedures of the criminal case have been initiated again and the criminal cases have been sent to the Special Investigation Service taken into account the necessity to ensure the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation.
The investigation is in process.
