Based on the solicitation of the Committee on Ethics and Disciplinary issues of the General Meeting of the RA Judges, the meeting for the discussion of the issue to calling 4 judges to disciplinary responsibility will be convened on 13 April 2015, at 15:00 in the administrative building of the RA Cassation Court. Led by the requirements of Article 109, Part 2 and Article 111, Part 2 of the RA Judicial Code, and considering the request submitted by the judges to hold the session in camera, the RA Council of Judges decided to hold the 13 April 2015 session on calling the judges to disciplinary responsibility in camera.
