Taking into account the public interests, we inform that with the help of the proofs obtained during the prejudicial inquiry, an indictment has been filed against Varuzhan Avetisyan, Pavel Manukyan, Gevorg Safaryan, Zhirayr Sefilyan, Garegin Chugaszyan under the provisions of Part 1 of Article 35-225 of the RA Criminal Code. Arrest has been chosen as a measure of restraint towards them by the decision of the court.
