Today, two persons were arrested in the framework of the criminal case on the fact of preparation mass disorder in the places of mass events on the occasion of the 24th April, considered in the proceeding of the RA Investigative Committee.
Given the public interest, we inform that Varuzhan Avetisyan and Pavel Manukyan were arrested on suspicion of committing a crime under the requirement of Article 35-225 Paragraph 1 of the RA Criminal Code.
Aimed to reveal all circumstances of the alleged perpetration of crime, the operative officers of the RA NSS are carrying out the necessary investigative and operational activities. Information will be provided.
Note: The suspect or the accused of the alleged offence is deemed innocent unless his or her innocence is proved by virtue of the effective court verdict in the manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.
