Citizen Aghvan G. gave a communication in RA Special Investigation Service on the fact that on July 12, 2014 he was brought to the police division on suspicion of secret ravishing of property, where, in consequence of force used by a person carrying out special service, he confessed the crime incident actually not committed by him and his friend.
A criminal case has been instituted in RA Special Investigation Service on the basis of the communication of citizen Aghvan G. on the incident of exceeding official powers according to theprepared materials pursuant to part 2, Article 309 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is in process.
