On March 23-24, Paris hosted the Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ACN) Plenary Meeting. The participants discussed the reports on anti-corruption fight in Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. Representatives from state agencies as well as from the Non Governmental Organization and Inetrnational Organizations attended the meeting as well.
Armenian delegation was represented by Suren Krmoyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Justice, Tigran Barseghyan, the RA deputy Minister of Finance, Liana Doydoyan, expert of the “Freedom of Information Center” NGO, Carl Ulbricht, representative of the Anti-Corruption Coalition and Marat Atovmyan, Board Member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association NGO.
Carl Ulbricht and Marat Atovmyan in their speeches introduced the viewpoints of the AYLA and the Anti-Corruption Coalition on the Draft Anti-Corruption Strategy of the RA and about the ani-corruption institution which is yet in the formation stage.
