On 17 March, the RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan signed a decree on appointing an official representative of the RA Government.
The Decree reads:
“To appoint Arsen Mkrtchyan, the First Deputy Minister of Justice as an official representative of the RA Government at the RA National Assembly for the discussion of the package on making changes and amendments to the RA Draft Laws., among which:
“The RA Law on making Changes and Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia”; “The RA Law on making an Amendment to the Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia”; “The RA Law on making an Amendment to the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia”; “The RA Law on making an Amendment to the Family Code of the Republic of Armenia”; “The RA Law on making an Amendment to the RA Law on State Duty.”
