The Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia has launched a preceding against the criminal case instituted in the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Armenian with regard to the commission of theft in an especially large amount by illegally intruding into the building.
The preliminary investigation revealed that in the night between 4 and 5 of March 2015 at about 02:30 the police employee by reaching a preliminary agreement illegally intruded into the grocery store by breaking the window glasses with his two friends an secretly stole various goods in the total amount of about 1 million Armenian drams.
The police employees Gurgen M, Gegham N. and Arsen B. were involved as defendants and were charged in accordance with Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Part 2 of Article 177 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
The preliminary investigation is underway.
