On the RA Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan’s order, the Head of “Armavir” Penitentiary Arsen Khshtoyan was advanced to the position of the Head of “Abovyan” Penitentiary.
On another order of then Minister, the Head of “Abovyan” Penitentiary Aram Sargsyan was released from the position. Leonid Mkrtchyan, Deputy Head of “Hrazdan” Penitentiary was advanced to the position of Acting Head of the same penitentiary from 10 March 2015. Tigran Navasardyan,, the Head of “Hrazdan” Penitentiary was advanced to the position of the Head of “Armavir” penitentiary, the official website of the RA Ministry of Justice informs.
