New Appointment by the RA President

Today, the RA President signed a decree on appointing Artak Shaboyan Chairman of the State Commission for the protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia. The decree reads:

“Governed by Article 55, Point 5 of the RA Constitution and based on Article 20, Part 2 of the RA Law on “Protection of Economic Competition”, I decide:

To appoint Artak Shaboyan the Chairman of the State Commission for the protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia for the term of 5 years.”
