On Tuesday, 24 February at 10:20 a.m. Armen S., DOB 1987, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Bagratashen division of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2, point 2 since January 23, 2015.
