“In such case the owner, user or the keeper of the animal bears responsibility of compensation of the injury, if nothing otherwise is provided in the Contract signed between the owner of the animal and the person under whose care is the animal,” Anahit Hakobyan, advocate, AYLA member informs to Iravaban.net.
The owner of the animal does not bear responsibility for the injury caused by the animal if the animal is out of his disposition in result of illegal activities of other persons.
Such legal relations are regulated under Article 1071/2 of the Civil Code of the RA.
