As a result of the measures taken by officers from Ararat police division, Abraham M., DoB 1986, was detained in Vosketap village. The detainee had been wanted charged for evasion from serving his sentence imposed under the RA Criminal Code, article 242, part 2 /breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation which negligently caused human death/ since 12 February, 2015.
Note: The suspect or the accused of the alleged offence is deemed innocent unless his or her innocence is proved by virtue of the effective court verdict in the manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.
