Today RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan received Victoria Nuland, the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the United States Department of State; the Press Service of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs.
Welcoming the guest, Edward Nalbandyan highly appreciated the friendly relations between Armenia and the united States, which was expanded over the years and included new areas. The Minister expressed hope that bilateral cooperation will further strengthen and deepen.
Expressing gratitude for the reception, Victoria Nuland mentioned that the United States attach great importance to the development of cooperation with Armenia in different spheres and are ready for further efforts in this direction.
During the meeting the parties discussed the joint steps for the future expansion of bilateral relations. The agenda of the meeting included political dialogue and cooperation in the international arena.
