In the framework of the criminal case initiated on the fact of the death of Senior Lieutenant Tigran Simonyan during the combat duty, Senior Lieutenant Taron Gedeonyan, from the same military unit was arrested. The General Military Department of the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case on the fact under Article 365, part 3 (Violation of combat duty regulations that caused grave consequences) of the RA Criminal Code.
