Yerem Sargsyan, representatives of the successors of two injured in Valeri Permyakov’s case, who was charged with a murder of 7 members of the family in Gyumri on 12 January, filed a motion to the preliminary investigation body.
The advocate wrote in his motion that in order to conduct a comprehensive, complete and objective study and examination of the case and to reveal the circumstances, the preliminary investigation body shall raise different hypothesis and conduct comprehensive examination to prove or deny each of these hypotheses.
