Arsen A., DOB 1990, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Taron division of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 117 /intentional infliction of light damage to health/ and article 118 /battery/ sice January 15, 2015.
