The Investigation Department of Kentron Nork Marash Administrative Districts of the City Yerevan initiated a criminal case on the fact of kidnapping the Artak Khachatryan, the citizen of Yerevan.
The RA Investigative Committee informs that based on the materials prepared it was revealed that on 7 February 2015, at 12:00 a group of unidentified persons applied force and kidnapped Artak Khachatryan from Tolstoy street near “Tsghotner” entertainment center.
The investigator initiated a criminal case under the requirements of Article 131 part 2 point 1 of the RA Criminal Code.
All necessary investigative and operational measures are being carried out to reveal all circumstances of the incident and to find and identify the persons seemingly committed the crime.
