As a result of operative intelligence activities carried out by the officers of Taron Police Department, Hovhannes Kh (DoB 1954) was found and brought to the police department from a bulding on Mekenashinararneri street of Taro 4 District of Vanadzor City. Hovhannes Kh. was wanted since 3 February under the requirement of Article 268, Part 1 of the RA criminal Code (Illegal turnover of narcotic drugs or psychotropic materials without the purpose of sale).
