On 5 February, the RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian who is on a working visit in Munich, met with the Co0-Chairs of OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov, James Warlick, Pierre Andre and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
During the meeting the parties continued the discussion of the process of peaceful settlement of the Azerbaijanian-Karabakh conflict.
Armenian Foreign Minister drew the attention of intermediaries to the facts of ceasefire violations on the border with Armenia and the line of contact with Artsakh and the manifold increase in diversions, stressing that in recent weeks, the Azerbaijanian armed forces violated the ceasefire regime more than 3,000 times, which led to casualties, including among civilians.
“The leadership of Azerbaijan roughly ignores calls addressed to them from the international community and its adventurist policy and provocative actions further aggravates the situation, torpedoing peace process,” Edward Nalbandyan said.
Edward Nalbandian reiterated that Armenia will continue the joint efforts with the Co-Chairs directed to exclusively peaceful settlement of the Karabakh problem.
