President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Major-General Armen Ghahramanyan to the position of the Head the Military Institute after Vazgen Sargsyan of the Republic of Armenia; the official website of the RA President informs.
On 2 February, President had signed a decree on dismissal of Lieutenant General Martin N. Karapetyan from the position of the Head of Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute of the RA Defense Ministry.
