On 4 February, the RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan made a decision on organization of the Annual Conference of the Public Expenditure Management Peer Assisted Learning (PEMPAL) in the Republic of Armenia. The decision reads:
“According to the order provided by Point 1 of the 18 July, 2007 Decree of the RA President NH-174-N clause 121, Sub-point 3, organization of the Annual Conference of the Public Expenditure Management Peer Assisted Learning (PEMPAL) of the member countries in the Republic of Armenia, cover the costs of the conference at the account of the funds allocated in the RA State Budget 2015 for organization of reception of the foreign delegations in the amount of 3,420,000 AMD, in compliance with the report provided by the RA ministry of Finance.”
