Man wanted for kidnapping turns himself to the Police

As a result of explanatory work carried out by officers from Mashtots police division, Andranik Sh., DoB 1970, turned himself to the Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 131, part 2, point 1 (kidnapping committed by a group of persons by previous concert) since 24 November, 2014.
