Information and Public Relations department of the Ministry of Finance of the RA explain that the former MP Hakob Hakobyan was arrested:
“Halob Hakobyan was arrested on 2 February 2015 in the framework of the criminal case N 83152012, which is considered in the Investigatory proceeding of the Ministry of Finance under the provisions of Article 188, Part 3, Point 1, Article 188, Part 2, Article 38-205 Part 1, 38-188 Part 3 Point 1, Article 188 Part 3 Point 1, Article 38-205 Part 1, Article 38-205 Part 2, on the suspicion of conducting socially dangerous acts. The preliminary investigation is in process.”
