The Order of 19 January 2015 #01L of the Chairman of the RA Court of Cassation announces about the beginning of nominations for the vacant position of the Chairman of the Court of First Instance, the official website Court.am. The statement in particular reads:
Based on the fact of the vacancy for the position of the Chairman of the First Instance Court of general Jurisdiction of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan City, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 125, Part 1, the Chairman of the Cassation Court of the RA announces about the beginning of nominations for the vacancy.
Candidates may submit applications to the Council of Justice in the period of two weeks after publication of the statement, until 2 February.
Note: applications shall be submitted to the office of staff of the Council of Justice (5 Vazgen Sargsyan str., 5th floor, room 53).
