Information and Public Relations Department of the RA Investigation Committee reports that the Investigation Department of Lori Marz revealed the circumstances of causing grievous bodily harm to the Citizen of Vanadzor City H.Margaryan in the case that is in the proceeding of the department.
On 28 December, 2014, at 21:10, the Bazum subdivision of Vanadzor Police Department received a call form “Vanadzor Medical Center” CJSC telling that resident of Vanadzor City Huryat Margaryan was brought to the hospital with cut and stab wounds.
During the process of preparation of the materials it was revealed that the citizen was wounded on 28 December at around 20:00, as a result of a quarrel which took place near the victims of the Great Patriotic War. The person who allegedly committed the crime intentionally caused bodily injuries with a knife, stabbing him on the back, head, neck and arms.
Investigation Department of Lori Marz of the RA Investigation Committee initiated a criminal case under Article 112, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code.
The identity of the person allegedly committed the crime was revealed. He was charged under Article 112, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code. Detention was set as a measure of restraint. The preliminary investigation is in process.
